  2. Turn Clipboard history ON.
  3. Turn Sync across devices ON → select Automatically sync text that I copy.
  4. Sign in with your Microsoft account.

On Android

  1. Install Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard from Google Play.
  2. Set it as default: Settings → System → Languages & input → On‑screen keyboard → Manage keyboards → Microsoft SwiftKey.
  3. Open the SwiftKey app → Rich input → Clipboard → Sync clipboard history ON.
  4. Sign in with the same Microsoft account as on Windows.

Test

  • Copy text on PC (Ctrl+C) → on phone open any app → tap SwiftKey toolbar → Clipboard (📋) → paste the item labeled “Copied from Windows”.

Troubleshooting

  • Both devices online and using the same MS account.
  • On Windows, Sync across devices = ON and Automatically sync is selected.
  • On Android, SwiftKey is the default keyboard and Clipboard sync is ON (toggle OFF/ON if needed).
  • Battery saver/VPN/work profiles can block syncing; try turning them off for a moment.

Privacy

  • Windows: Settings → System → Clipboard → Clear (under Clear clipboard data) or toggle Sync across devices OFF.
  • Android (SwiftKey): Rich input → Clipboard → Sync clipboard history OFF.
